• My punch times are recorded correctly.
• I did not work outside my punch times.
• I was able to take my uninterrupted meal and rest breaks.
• I was not harassed by anyone during my shift.
• I was not injured during my shift.
• No other issue occurred that should be reported.

Apruebo mi turno — al presionar SÍ atestiguo que hoy:
• Mis horas están registradas correctamente.
• No trabajé fuera de mis horas marcadas.
• Pude tomar mis descansos y período de comida sin interrupciones.
• Nadie me acosó durante mi turno.
